Our system operates so that once your payment has been processed and cleared, we will then dispatch your item. Therefore, please ensure you have adequate funds in your account to cover the order. If we have a problem with your payment, we will inform you either by email or telephone. It is recommended that you check your email often and supply a telephone number we can contact you on easily if the order is urgent, as we may need to contact you before we can dispatch your order.

Processing time

Once your order is successfully submitted, your order will be processed with 2 business day, this may vary for different product. Once your order has been processed and ready to be dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date. You should receive your order within 3-7 business days. Packages are not shipped nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays. In cases where the order has been despatched, the customer is required to receive the order.

Shipment

Keyah Muti Art Ltd ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners. It is important that you as a customer carefully check your products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and are correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and it does not match the one you ordered, you shall also contact us within 14 days from receiving the product.

Delivery

Please note that our delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of Keyah Muti Art Ltd and our courier’s control. These factors may include but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc. Whilst Keyah Muti Art Ltd does not take responsibility in shipment delays nor damages caused during transportation, we value our customers. You can track your shipment with the Order Tracking ID but please contact us if you come across any issues.

Cancellations

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. The cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Keyah Muti Art Ltd via email. If we are unable to process the requested cancellation immediately, usually because the package has already been shipped, we will contact our courier to have the package returned. Only once the package has returned, the cancellation process will take effect. If a product has been discontinued, Keyah Muti Art Ltd has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. Returns

Consumers have the right to return the order/s. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Return shipping expenses is covered by the consumer.
